VELDSCHOOL CAMPS
Learning doesn't only happen behind a desk.
Our veldschool camps take learning outdoors, using the bushveld, practical activities and shared experiences to give learners the opportunity to see, do and discover for themselves.
Programmes can be structured around the age, grade and educational objectives of your group, combining learning with the outdoor activities and experiences that make a school camp something learners look forward to.
LEADERSHIP CAMPS
You cannot teach every aspect of leadership from a textbook.
Our leadership camps put learners into practical situations where they need to communicate, make decisions, solve problems and take responsibility.
Through team activities, obstacle courses and group challenges, learners are encouraged to step forward when necessary, listen when it matters and understand that leadership is as much about the team as it is about the individual.
ADVENTURE CAMPS
This one is about doing.
Get into the bushveld. Take on the obstacle course. Get above the trees on our 2 km canopy tour. Explore the farm. Get dirty. Work together. Try something you haven't done before.
Jubaweni adventure camps give learners the space to challenge themselves, have fun with their friends and experience the outdoors properly.
And when the sun goes down, the experience doesn't necessarily stop.
YEAR-END CAMPS
Not every school camp needs a lesson attached to it.
After a long school year, sometimes the point is simply to get the learners together, get them outside and let them enjoy themselves.
Swimming, sport, adventure activities, team games and time with friends make Jubaweni an ideal place to finish the year somewhere very different from where it started
